Please be aware that our business is seasonal, and that we are further limited by adverse weather and last minute cancellations. Cancellations and missed appointments are very costly to our employees who count on working as many hours as possible in-season to overcome the hours lost during winter months. For these reasons, we prefer to keep appointments in spite of impending rain or light drizzle. (If our work were ruined after it rained, we wouldn’t be in business very long!) In case of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled at the next earliest, mutually convenient time. In the best interest of our staff, and other customers waiting for service, unnecessary cancellations will be rescheduled after all outstanding work is completed.
